Refund Policy

1. Cancellation
You can cancel a MimicZip subscription from the billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals and leaves the current paid period active unless the payment provider confirms otherwise.
2. Refund window
Contact support within seven days of a charge if you believe the subscription was purchased in error. We review unused subscriptions individually and do not promise automatic refunds.
3. Failed requests
The current release uses a simulated creation queue. If a technical issue prevents access to subscribed features, contact support so we can investigate and review the affected billing period.
4. Fraud and abuse
Refunds may be declined for suspected fraud, abuse, chargebacks or violations of the acceptable-use terms.
